Damages and issues
Orders are to be inspected upon delivery and contact our customer service team if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
- Condition of Item: The perfume must be slightly used, meaning no more than 10% of the product being is to be used. Products that are heavily used or nearly empty will not be accepted.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original Signature Fragrances packaging, including any other items that were included with the shipment.
These conditions are in place to avoid abuse of our return policy and ensure fairness for all customers.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@signaturefragrances.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on process of returning the item/s.
- Shipping: You are responsible for any return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as AusPost with shipping insurance.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and the outstanding amount will be automatically paid to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Rejection: If your return is not approved due to heavy usage or any other reason, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perfumes that are heavily used, being more than 10%.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons cause by the customer.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange your item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
